Great location, and beautiful courtyard to look out on, sit in. Excellent value for money. Helpful staff.
Some staff had a little difficulty with English. We had to ask for a kettle and cups for the room to make tea/coffee - the hotel blurb said it was supplied but wasn't there when we arrioved.

Excellent location, close to downtown, 2 minute walk to the metro, one metro stop from the main train station. Outstanding staff, drop dead gorgeous reception girl. Big room space. Good value for the money, especially in Prague where hotels are ridiculously overpriced.
Rooms, though huge, are a little basic in equipment. Breakfast could have been a bit wider in selection, but the basics are served.

Luxury and reasonably priced venue
Perfect location, short walk to Wenceslas Square and metro, the old town, and city center. Extremely helpful staff.- Very good stay, nothing to complain about.

Everything was wonderful, quaint hotel. The location was amazing near Museum metro station, the metro and public transportation, and a walk down hill to the Old Town Square.- The whole staff was good.- Clean rooms with a nice garden, felt like home.- The breakfast was savory and tasty as expected with fresh hot bread and cheese.

The location and the metro just under the hotel
I would say that we were expecting something better according to the previous reviews: some rooms on the ground floor had mold on the walls and they were humid, the furniture was quite old or however of low quality and not good combined together, the breakfast was not as good as expected, the first evening hot water was not available in the suite and no prompt solution was provided by the reception (then we recognized from ourself that the boiler was just switched off, nobody knows why.....)

The hotel is located just outside The National Museum, around the corner from Wenceslas Square, steps away from The Metro and less than a 10minute walk to the main train station. The people at the front desk were always courteous. Our room, on the ground floor, was spacious and clean. It featured a mini fridge to hold our food and drinks. We could feel the very slight rumble of the Metro beneath us, but it put us to sleep. We felt safe because at night there were security lights above the rooms and we noticed that the local police were in the building behind the hotel. Breakfast was simple, but filling featuring eggs, meats, cheese and cereal, etc. There was hot tea and an espresso-cappuccino maker, which my husband made great use of every morning. We would stay here again.
There wasn't a tea kettle in the room due to the fact that they were a fire hazard, according to the front desk clerk. So that information needs to be updated on the websites. The last night of our stay, our toilet kept 'running' every half hour or so, but since we were leaving the next day, it wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately, when we were getting ready to leave we noticed that there was a time change on the t.v. and my husband's Blackberry and the time sprang forward an hour, a detail the front desk should have told us. We were scrambling to check out so we wouldn't miss our flight back to NYC. The front desk clerk reassured us that we would make our flight. Public transit was great and we made it to the airport on time.

Spacious room with a vintage vibe and comfy beds. The shower was amazingly powerful, like a spa experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling city center. a pleasant stay.

Location and the nice lady who looks over breakfast.
Mold mold mold - Unbelievable, half of the left wall in the shower stall was mold. Staff did not even know basic English and I had problems checking out when the staff at reception didn't even know if (!) and how to charge my credit card.

Very good located. The room is spacious, but simple. It's like a family hotel with very cute garden.
The shower gel filled with great percent of water. No changing of towels.

Quaint, clean venue with great location very close to main train station, airport bus and metro, the big, and Lesser Quarter which is much more quaint. Savoury and tasty selection for breakfast with fresh hot bread and cheese, as for instance.
